Cancellation and appointment terms

The appointment is binding and the customer is obliged to comply with the booking and cancellation terms when booking.

Reservation transfers, changes and cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved time.

After this, for appointments postponed or canceled, we charge 50% of the price of the booked service, and for appointments not canceled at all, we charge 100% of the price of the service.
